yes its great.. the lifting and firming effect is good, I doubt its clinical. IMaybe I didnt use it long enough, i only had a little pot and didnt buy any more.. to be honest I think its cosmetic. And it has a lovely shimmer, which looks lovely. A bit expensive tho.
