Where to buy Clothes for their small size girls?

Ok, so I'm 15 and my height is 4'11 and a half. I'm not fat but I do 'm not so meager that many people do refer to me as "skeletal." I have no idea where to buy clothes that can I agree. Where can I buy some shirts and hoodies that can suit me just right? Please help! : (What's JCP?

I try Aeropostale they are the only ones I found that work for me. They have jeans that are short and sweet, instead of being around average there are also hoodies are not really good. I am 5'2 and nothing else is good, except there. Good Luck
